- 1 litro de leche.
- 3 rajitas de canela.
- 2 barras de chocolate de mesa.
- 150 gramos de cocoa.
- 50 gramos de fécula de malz.
- 395 gramos de leche condensada.
- 355 mililitros de leche evaporada.
- 1 litro de agua.

- Colocamos una olla honda en el fuego.
- Añadimos la leche.
- Añadimos las 3 rajitas de canela.
- Añadimos las 2 barras de chocolate de mesa.
- Añadimos la cocoa.
- Vamos a mover hasta que se deshaga el chocolate.
- Añadimos la fécula de maíz.
- Movemos hasta que ya no tenga grumos.
- Añadimos la leche evaporada.
- Añadimos la leche condensada.
- Movemos hasta que el champurrado este espeso.
- Añadimos 500 mililitros de agua.
- Movemos hasta que este menos espeso el champurrado.
- Añadimos otros 500 mililitros de agua.
- Movemos hasta integrar todo.
