Ingredients
- 6 tortillas de harina.
- 1 aguacate en tiras.
- 1/4 de queso Oaxaca deshebrado.
- Cilantro picado, al gusto.

Preparation
- Tomamos una tortilla de harina.
- Añadimos queso Oaxaca al gusto.
- Añadimos aguacate al gusto.
- Añadimos cilantro al gusto.
- Formamos nuestra quesadilla.
- Colocamos un sartén extendido en el fuego flama baja.
- Añadimos nuestras quesadillas.
- Dejamos en el fuego hasta que el queso este fundido volteando constantemente.
- Retiramos del fuego y servimos.
