- 20 papas en rodajas.
- Sal al gusto.
- Aceite.

Preparation
- Colocamos una olla honda en el fuego.
- Añadimos suficiente aceite y dejamos calentar.
- Añadimos las papas una por una para evitar que se peguen.
- Dejamos freÃr por un lapso de 15 a 20 minutos.
- Retiramos del fuego y colocamos sobre papel absorbente.
- Espolvoreamos sal al gusto.
